Kurt Ostervig Rosewood Dining Table for Povl Dinesen
Clean survivor, Kurt Ostervig rosewood dining from the late 60s, early 70s. Both side leaves and middle two extra leaves slide off the table base with an ingenious tongue and groove track. Comes with full table covers (that protect the entire nearly 10-foot long table. This table can easily seat 12 people. Table can be disassembled easily and shipped in large rectangular narrow box, thus saving on the increased cost of shipping large pieces.
Povl Dinesen was a Danish furniture maker, distributor, and designer in the 1960's. His catalogs featured works by many of the great Danish Modern designers including Kurt Ostervig, Arne Vodder, Hans Wegner, Arne Jacobsen, Peter Hvidt, and Borge Mogensen.
